The issue with NMS wasn't that it cost 60US - it was that it cost 60US, promised everyone the moon, and then delivered nothing but the procedural generation part and none of the rest of the features. This is part of living in a free market world I mean you can say why shouldn't it be $5,000 or $6,000 if you want to ignore that. Many have said, No Man's Sky would've been looked at as a good game giving they did most of what they said, and the price was much much lower. As many said, with the AAA price, this forces people to compare the given game to real AAA games. If this goes on to be a $50-$60 then it WILL have one of the problems No Man's Sky had.
